A resident of Painesville, Ohio, Ryan Eubank is the welding instructor at ACE Academy and the director of welding education at Lakeland Community College. He graduated from Riverside High School and after high school, he began working for Lincoln Electric shortly after. When his place of employment offered a free welding school training to their employees, Eubank took the opportunity.

Fast forward 27 years later, Ryan has now taught welding students that attended MIT, NASA, and the military. He has also helped build welding schools in Africa, consulted for the Department of Defense and also trained educators worldwide.
