Ryan Eubank - a resident of Painesville, Ohio is the welding instructor at ACE Academy and the director of welding education at Lakeland Community College. He graduated from Riverside High School and after High School, began working for Lincoln Electric shortly after. When his place of employment offered a free welding school training to their employees, Eubank took the opportunity.

Fast forward 27 years later, Ryan has now taught welding students that attended MIT, NASA, and the military. He has also helped build welding schools in Africa, consulted for the Department of Defense and also trained educators worldwide.

Raegan Soltis – A fresh face has officially joined the classroom for the first time! Raegan is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University, where she earned her degree in Extension Education from the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences, along with a minor in Youth Development. She also holds two associate degrees, one in Agricultural Communications.

Her energy, youth, and professionalism will be a tremendous asset to this growing second-year program. In addition to serving as the Agriculture Instructor, Raegan will also take on the role of FFA Advisor.
