🛠️🌺 A few weeks ago, our ACE Academy welding students had the opportunity to host and work alongside students from Kohala High School, who traveled from the island of Hawaii to Ohio!

During their time together, students built friendships, shared experiences, and learned more about each other’s lifestyles and communities. It was a great reminder that island life is not always just palm trees and sunshine, but also hard work, culture, and unique challenges.

What an incredible experience and connection for our students!

As part of an FFA project, students will be growing lettuce using the towers, with an expected timeline of 40–70 days. We’re excited to watch their progress and see the results of their hard work!
